His wife was extremely rude, impatient and condescending. I referred to her as Ma'm and she called me "honey" and told me that I had to call her Mrs. *******. Insurance companies are a dime a dozen and considering the fact that we had our homeowners and car insurance with them the way she spoke to me was completely unprofessional and she clearly did not value our business.

It was 3 cars and 4 drivers just two was from different area than me. That was all but enough to give me a speech about how it not supposed to be like that... I am sorry but due to whom agency makes money?
