Clearly he needs the $23 if he will not make a conscious effort to destroy the check and would not give me a definite answer just to be jerk. Liberty Mutual is a reputable company, unfortunately people like Ian are giving the New City, NY office a terrible name. I would never do business nor refer anyone to that office.
