Rude, conceited. I had one of his agents give me a homeowner's quote at the end of August. I shopped around and called back today to access the auote. When the agent ( Whitney Smith). Pulled my name up and saw that we had shopped at other Allstate offices, she told me I needed to go to one of them, she wasn't going to help me. When I called Mr. Brewer, he said they weren't going to help and he didn't care who we called.. to even call Allstate. It really didn't matter to him. We were absolutely shocked at the unprofessionalism. read more
