For being a member you get a reduced rate for the Medvac helicopter service, if you pay your phone bill with your account then you have insurance on your phone at no additional charge to you and depending on who your carrier is this benefit can save you hundreds of dollars which I think is a great benefit personally!!!! Of course they have mobile banking and all the benefits of that right on your phone. Now for one of the best benefits which is their employees who in my personal opinion provide the best customer service of any bank that I've ever dealt with!!! I feel like I'm not just a customer account number to them. What I mean by this is the first week that I set up my account I had some questions and my Mom has been a member there for like 30 years and she was like go to the location by the Florence Mall because all the people are so nice!!! I did and I happened to meet Hope Etheridge and from that first minute of meeting her I felt like I was made to feel important to her, but not only that from the first day of meeting her I've called her for a few different reasons and she knows ME by name after that first time!!! She's great at her job and she just makes you feel like no matter what your question might be you NEVER are made to feel like it's a dumb question. When my wife replied, the Tech laughed at her. I should have kicked them out of the house right then and there. After 2 hours of the 2 techs poking around my system and them putting me on the phone with a sales rep, they refused to give me a quote until my wife was present, she was working at the time. Again I found this odd, my wife and I had decided by that point that even if they came in as the lowest bidder we were not using them. I still have not received any pricing from them, and we went with a local "Mom and Pop" company and got the system for the price Eagle Pros tech laughed at us about. I don't know who trains these guys to deal with customers, but they definitely need additional training. Wish I could give a "Zero" star.
