All these coverages were complex and costly and years later when we suffered a large claim, Chubb closed that office in 2007, here in Minnesota. ( Rosenbloom& Rosenbloom. Moved all their staff to an existing company). We had a lovely agent who was not well trained and had made major errors. In our policy. So we lost.... a lot. So ... I am now very very careful in researching agents, READING Yelp reviews, all of them, and especially learning exploring the many questions to ask. Then, I spent 2-3 long relaxed calls with most of the agents over several days. I took detailed notes and keep them in a Meade flexi 3 ring binder with names of agents dates at the top of each page. I find careful detailed notes are a big help in deciding which agent looks the best. Natalie is the VERY best agent I ever had in all these years. She is bright, extremely knowledgeable in all aspects nuances of coverage/ claims issues, so very comfortable easy and calm to work with, (rare) and a truly lovely and delightful human being. She and I spent many calls going over all the details of the needed policy. Our coverage is very complex and includes a rental with important old pieces of furniture and a lot of " stuff" in storage. Farmers to my knowledge is the ONLY company that will provide homeowners with 100 % coverage also on your storage. ( good if you are renting and storing most of your things for selling or family distribution later!!). Most other companies only offer 10 % of the total homeowners on storage or 25-50 %. I interviewed five other companies and Farmers offered us the most thorough RENTAL homeowner's insurance coverage. Their terms are EXCELLENT, their coverage easy to digest, and you can settle the contract with 100 % PEACE-OF-MIND! Good luck!!

Let me say this, Zach, an insurance salesman who works out of this office, struggles to do his job so that you will not loose $85 on auto insurance you never wanted or ever used. Let me step back and tell the story. I started shopping around to see if I could get a better rate on my auto insurance, put my info on one of those websites, and within minutes I got inundated with emails. The next day the phone calls started coming in, and Zach manages to get a hold of me and quotes me a good rate for auto insurance. I tell him to sign me up, which he does. The next day he calls me back to tell me that an incident popped up on my drivers record (a very minor scratch from about 4 years ago that I had forgotten) and that would make my premiums more expensive than originally quoted, and higher than my former insurance with Geico. I tell him then I'm not interested in State Farm and ask him to refund my first month's premium since I was quoted a different price. He says he will but that it may take a few weeks to show up on my bank statement. A few weeks go by and the $85 charge is still on my statement, so I call Zach back and can't get through to him and leave him a voicemail. No reply. A few more weeks goes by and I get a bill from State Farm for another month's premium. It turns out, not only has Zach not refunded my money, but he never un-enrolled me for their auto insurance. I call back and get ahold of Zach and he successfully un-enrolls me, but then says because I was "technically insured" by State Farm for a month (even though I told him I was uninterested and asked him to un-enroll me less than 14hrs after my original quote), the underwriters would not refund the first month's premium. I told him I expect my money to be refunded because I did not ask for these services. He said he would talk to the underwriters and get back to me. Weeks go by, no word from Zach. Voicemails and emails go unreturned, and State Farm still has my $85 that rightfully belongs to me. Filing in small claims court costs $65, so I've decided that the crooks can keep my $85 that they've stolen from me, but they will never, ever get any additional business from me, my family, or my friends ever again. Procede with caution.

Kelley carefully walked us through our policy and gave great recommendations. The customer service was phenomenal. My mom's home recently incurred damage. Kelley was incredibly responsive and helpful. She walked us through our options and advised on next steps, saving me volumes of stress and time. It was so assuring knowing we had an excellent insurance provider during a difficult situation. Kelley takes processes that can seem overwhelming and makes them approachable. When questioned on the status Meyers became extremely defensive & provided incorrect information (I verified with the City of Mpls.). Failed miserably. I contacted State Farm executive offices there after. The accident was a hit & run - his office listed as "at fault" - State Farm Corp office issued a "Letter of Experience" contradicting the errors created by his office.
