Even on the rare occasion that he is in the office, he is "too busy" to talk to clients. This wouldn't be so bad if the office staff knew what they were doing. I observed them dealing with an existing customer, and was appalled to hear them say that they do not take claims there in the office. Further, they were very persistent in trying to sell add-on's, like home & life insurance. About the only positive thing that I can say is parking was relatively easy.
