They recommended a collision center and set me up with an appointment for drop off througb a call center. I called that center to ask a question and they asked me not to drop my car with them because they were backed up for weeks. They recommended another center close to them. I called ahead, and they said they could take me. I had my car towed there and told my assigned agent. Got a call from the call center and told them where the car was. Got a call from the rental agency saying the rental wasn't approved because they didn't know where the car was. Got that rectified, called the collusion center a week later. They saus they hadn't received approval to check out the car. Called my agent again. Got a call from a different agent the next day saying the car was totaled. Cleaned the car out. Took another week plus for them to evaluate the car. Asked about a rental extension and was told it was the collision center's fault. They recommended that center!! Rental's due back in 2 days, but I have no evaluation and no check. Wish I'd read the reviews before switching from Geico after 20 yrs and no accidents. I'm about to be without a vehicle after a month due to no fault of my own. Paying almost 500 a month for 2 cars. Very disappointing!
