Dana did the same and when I expressed I didn't need to be advised on the matter and didn't like the condescending tone of Julia she again began to explain to me what happens when I cancel a policy. Really a bizarre group and arrogant behavior. Instead of honoring specific requests they lecture you and talk over and overall lack common considerate communication or responsiveness. I have friends and family members experience the same situation. Poor advice to try and convince you to retain unneeded policies. Do yourself a favor and move along to another Agent.

This is what fantastic customer service is! I go out of my way to patronize and use locally owned small businesses. Sometimes this means that you will not always have access to some of the benefits you might get with a larger company. But again, being a locally owned office that is part of a national company is getting the best of both worlds.
