I completed all the work we agreed to in good faith, and now he is cancelling my policy anyway, citing other issues that I was never told of. This gives me just 9 days to find new home owner's insurance before I am in default on my mortgage. He and State Farm should be ashamed of their actions and I have filed a complaint with the TN Dept of Commerce and Insurance. Don't fall for his lies, you do not want him as your agent and you do not want to be insured by State Farm.

The tellers here are super friendly and provide wonderful interactions with each client. It's difficult to ignore a conversation going on right in front of you while you wait and all I've ever heard was pleasant small talk and a familiar rapport with regular customers. I've moved many times and regardless of what location I was currently using, I still received fantastic service from all the tellers. I have been visiting this particular branch for about three years now and other than the location on the sometimes super congested Northpointe (yikes!!), I have no complaints about the customer service I have received.

We were young when we set up our accounts and he helped us do that with such ease. Recently, I was rear ended which led to my car being completely totaled. He has been MORE than helpful and has alleviated so much stress from our plate. They fought for three extensions on our rental car until we could get a new one. He called the car loan center and dealt with their awful wait times and customer service to fight for us to be taken care of and to help make sure we were not put in any financial turmoil. I cannot say enough things about Phillip and his team. Our adjuster, Clinton Cooke, has also been a major advocate for us. I've never heard of anyone having really great experiences when dealing with insurance but I can say out of all of the stress the situation brought, Farm Bureau did not add but took away some of our worry.
