They tried to sell me a new tire until I pointed out that they were the ones who worked on it and the tire was under warranty.) BUT! I recently went to this Raleigh location and had such a pleasant experience. Matt was the service tech who assisted me. He provided solution to any concern I had and was great at communicating with his team. He went over the inspection report in a simple and quick way that was easy to understand and even went over the previous services completed on the car. I really appreciated him pointing out what to prioritize regarding urgent car care needs vs general maintenance care. Logan was the mechanic working on my car and everything is functioning properly without any concerns. Thank you, Logan! I went into this office with my fiancé who had already spoken to Sam about his insurance needs. He…read morewanted to ask more questions about the quotes in person. We went inside and there were like 3 people on the phones. Once 1 guy was done, he asked us what we needed & he got Sam for us. Sam was friendly and patient. My fiancé had A LOT of questions & Sam provided his opinion on each scenario. The issue I had was that I saw my fiancé's EX-WIFE's information on the screen & that caused a bit of an issue because Sam said he was giving a discount based on 2 drivers when there would only be 1! I let him talk until he referred to me by the ex's name. How annoying! You really shouldn't assume, and my fiancé almost got embarrassed by Sam's mistake. I didn't know what they had been talking about on the phone. I just knew that they've been divorced for years and he shouldn't be calling me her name. Also, my fiancé said he never had a policy with her, so he didn't understand why her information would be on the same screen with him as if they were together. I guess it came from some insurance background report Sam pulled. Outside of that mistake, Sam was easy to deal with. The office was a bit dirty and dusty though, which was pretty gross. There were huge cobwebs in the waiting area & his desk was covered with dust. He wasn't professionally dressed either & it looked like he rolled out of bed and came to work. I guess it's cool if his boss allows it. They still need to clean!!! I have my own insurance, so this was the choice of my fiancé. So far, he's cool with the service.

My daughter (a young Marine) got stationed in NC and bought herself a car. Here at home in CA she…read moreused to pay $50/month ($300 for a 6 months premium) so you can imagine my surprise when she told me she got Geico and her 6 months premium was $2,034!!?? You bet a dropped everything and started getting quotes from different insurance companies in NC. I was shocked to see that almost all of them quoted me about the same! E-surance offered a bit less, around $1,600. Originally State Farm didn't even give me a quote online! To be honest, the only reason I even check them was to see how much they will quote me (considering the fact they are one of the most expensive ones out there) but I assumed the reason I didn't even get a quote was because the number was so high it couldn't even fit on the screen. Anyway, the very next day I got an e-mail from Daniel Price (one of the agents working in this office) apologizing that their system didn't give me a quote and offered to help me. By then I was so frustrated with those high numbers that I didn't want to even think about insurance agents. To me they all looked bad! So I basically sent him a border line rude e-mail, explaining the situation and telling him that if he can't beat E-surance's $1,600 he better not waste my time. He not only managed to deal with a nasty upset mother but also managed to offer a better quote! Very patient, very understanding and very knowledgeable! I have no idea who that unhappy person before me talked to, but I can't say a bad word about Daniel! In fact, I have only good things to say! He answered ALL of my questions (and you can bet I had a TON!). He not only answered them, but he did it in a timely manner! He also explained very patiently to me why her rates were so high (darn NC! You people are nuts to live there with politicians like that!). He treated me like a human (something insurance agents don't generally do). Let alone he offered the best quote! And did not ask for half the policy in advance! My daughter is making monthly payments. He's been also very helpful with the questions I had about the insurance laws in NC. My daughter got charged some crappy fee cancelling her Geico insurance. Daniel helped with that too even though it wasn't his business! Yeah, I like him. I feel my daughter is being well taken care of. I'll update this review as time goes by and I have a bit more to say about this office but so far I am beyond satisfied with the service provided! Wish all insurance agents were like him!
