    I have been a State Farm Customer since 1963. I was born in 1971 but my account spun off my…read moreparent's accounts. As you can see, I am a lifelong State Farm customers. Every car, house, spouse houses or cars have never been with any other insurer. I've had the pleasure of dealing with many agents and their staff. Twenty years ago I briefly worked for State Farm. One day after this lifelong relationship with State Farm I began to deal with Christie and realized there were new products since my employment. She's seen me through many different changes in my insurance needs. My home, vehicles, my paren'ts deaths, parent's home and vehicle insurance changing, teenagers learning to drive and those teenagers becoming adult drivers and insurance in 2 states. Most times these changes have involved some fear. After all, insurance is for when the bad things we fear sometimes come true. Through it all Christie has remained my absolute go to person. She steps in and guides me through every step of the process of all aspects of my insurance needs. She has never led me in the wrong direction. She is spot on with what she tells me. She never leaves me hanging and that includes closing time on a Friday afternoon. She makes sure I am ok before she ever ends a call. If you want to deal with someone who believes in talking directly to you rather than making you listen to an endless loop of music, someone who really cares about what troubles you, someone who wants you to never have to worry if you are covered...Christie at Jeff Krietemeyer State Farm will give you the best possible customer service. You feel like you are her only customer. Her customer care is that outstanding!

    I affirm the information is all true. On April 25, 2023, I started service with the company. My…read morepolicy number ends with ***7553D2501 providing coverage & roadside assistance for a 2023 Rogue. 6 month premium binded at $1495.64. I did not shop for pricing. I discovered after everything went wrong that EVERYONE offered less pricey policies with the same exact coverage. On Aug 12, 2023, I experienced a flat tire alone AL Hwy 165. I called Road Side Assistance at 3:13 pm, which they text me a link at 3:14 pm to put in a request for roadside assistance. It was EXTREMELY hot with lots of cars passing by. NOTHING, absolutely nothing was ever dispatched out. I later called them & spoke to a man. Man was insensitive & ultimately told me to pay for my own tow and STATEFARM might reimburse me. I became angry because over an hour had passed within the extreme heat. So, I got the help from the first person I can grab to get me off the road to help move my vehicle less than 1.5 miles to my home. I paid a fair amount in cash. The cash is not reimbursable because I didn't get a receipt. I got a call from StateFarm about 20 minutes later. The representative said that she had someone on the line that can come tow my vehicle and need to know whether I can put vehicle within Neutral. I said, "Yes, I just need to know when they are coming and I was told already to do my own tow, so, I need help with a tire change because I realized during this experience that I didn't have a jack for the vehicle." The lady said she would let me know & got off of the phone. The State Farm representative closed out the service request, which is now 2 tickets and never put in anything for a tire change. Time is steady ticking. I called again for a tire change. Another service request ticket was opened. Female representative said she would send someone out tomorrow at 9 AM. I said, "why should I wait until tomorrow." She said that it was too late to send someone out. I said, "people need help all the time and use roadside assistance during all times of the day. No one can predict when they need help, nor ever told to wait until the NEXT day." The lady said, "thats the best I can do". The call ended within a minute of her statement. The next day, statefarm call just before 9AM to tell me that they can not send anyone out and closing the service call. I got upset and asked her to send someone out. The lady said they need to put in another service ticket because no one will pick up the service request because its now over 16 hours old. I told her that I didn't want to wait until Monday and to please get me some help so I can go to work on a donut tire and then get it changed asap. The lady was reluctant. I got a text stating that a company was coming out between 60-90 minutes to change tire. I got excited. After 2 hours, there was NO show. I called in again. They admitted they didn't have anyone else and I should call that company. I informed them that I did already and that the call is being forwarded to a voicemail box that is full. I asked for the matter to be escalated. She transferred me to customer care. Customer care told me that I needed to call BACK to roadside assistance to ask to be transferred to a supervisor in customer care. I did as requested. Statefarm Roadside REFUSED to transfer me back to customer care to a supervisor to escalate. The service request was closed by the representative despite me firmly requesting for it not to be closed. The lady informed me that the ONLY thing she could do was put in a request for a tire change to come on MONDAY at 9 am or I can pay for my OWN tire change and might get reimbursed based on my policy. I paid for someone to come put the donut on my car. Before the job was done, the POLICE arrived. They told me they were doing a wellness check because STATEFARM said they lost contact with me over 24 hours ago. The police officer name is L.Battle. It was less than 90 minutes since I spoke with State Farm Roadside service. I tried to get tire resolved on Sunday, but, my size was not in stock at Walmart and all the open shops were already full or closed. I got tire resolved on Monday. After which, the agent calls from a number that I didn't recognize. The agent texts wanting to know what happened. I informed her that I did not want to talk until I review policy with an advisor and that I have NOT got any service from StateFarm. On Tuesday, I called to request a refund on the roadside assistance because StateFarm can not stand behind their policy and I inform agent that I am concern whether StateFarm will pay out any claims in the future should there be a need. The agent response was MORE smoke talk and blame it on AGERO (their contracted vendor). I informed agent that StateFarm selected vendor and statefarm should monitor vendor, therefore, it is StateFarm that failed me because there was no means for me to escalate. Of course, NO refunds possible on anything.

By switching our Home and Auto insurance to her, we are able to save money and have extra protection. She is very kind and professional and I highly recommend her.
