Not only do I get really good service from her specifically, but Paul Diaz, in general, can find extremely competitive rates. I have both Auto and Home policies through Mercury and also insurance for rental properties through Safeco. Rates do go up yearly which seems to be uncontrollable, but overall I am happy and would recommend them.

With Flo, one of their spokesperson, representative for Progressive. They must pay her a good chunk of money to do this advertisement/commercial. Tell people lies. What crooks they are. I thought we were paying too much for our premium/deductible, with our Insurance Company. So I called them sometime last week, and spoke with someone by the name of James. He told me to go into the office and will discuss all the information right there and then. With that being said, made an appointment for 11AM, got up and went. Had to wait inside their office for almost 30 minutes--(felt like 30 years). I kid you not. He kept smiling at me and showing me his index finger--meaning he will be with me shortly. I had a seat and waited, waited and waited. I couldn't wait any longer, got up and left. Those people are BIG TIME SCAMMERS! Thank God, I didn't cancel my own insurance that my estranged husband, son and myself have for the past 30+ years. I feel dismayed, angry and frustrated. Choose other Insurance Companies that are more promising, realistic, dependable, reliable that actually make sense! Tadevossian is recommended by me, wholeheartedly.
