Such awful service! l've had this insurance for a year and never bothered anyone or been an annoying customer. Yesterday I called for the first time and spoke with a few representatives; everything was fine until today, when I called again and spoke with REHEN, who told me more than five times, "OH SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE COUNTING EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR" Excuse me?????? Honestly they were amazing when we first had them as our insurance carriers. Unfortunately due to the fires our auto insurance went double the amount. Staff said it was due to my husband's record and that may be part true but not all especially they already knew before hand. So of course we are gonna look around for a lower insurance which we did and when we called to cancel, this is where their true colors arose. We called just before our payment was take out and they failed to place a stop to this. When we reached out to them they said we did not confirm cancellation. Why would we confirm if we called to cancel. come on now? Now we are told it would take a week before we receive our payment back. First Class Dirt.
