And after the claim was filed, i called them 3-4 times a day, and left messages, the agent i was dealt with didn't ever pick up the phone, and not calling back, i eventually get talk to the agent, and she is evaluate that it is word against word, and it's not their responsibility even their insured in driving the wrong way on the one way street. The agent said "people drive on the wrong way all the time, you should look" REALLY??? This company has waste so much my emotion and time, please stay away from them. In other words, a real Politician's style of being accountable. Recently, I have been furious with CF's new (?) App for Driver Safety: DriverIQ. The Company does not fulfill its own promises: 10%-25% off---Nonsense! They lie, deceive and worse, they try to act as if you haven't informed them of anything: "Oh just Email us on the Website and we'll be glad to assist..." What a crock! Why did it take 3, 4 times to finally get an answer? Because I threatened to start looking elsewhere for a Company w a bit of respect for Customers---certainly not here at Country Financial.
