One thing I like about my agent is that he is thorough and reviews my coverages and the importance of them. However, the final decision is up to me as to how much I can afford. I'm sure like other agencies you can view your account online-pay your bill, send a message to your agent. He's also there to help you if you or one of your loved ones decides to move to another state. I've been a longtime customer of this particular branch and normally go to them for advice. it is always best to shop around when you are looking for insurance because as your life changes so does your insurance needs. State Farm does have one perk I like which is their VISA card. It has a rewards program linked to it where after your accrue a certain number of points they convert to dollars which can be used State Farm products. Other things are on there as well but for me It helps since I can use them to reduce a premium when it becomes due. I am sure other agencies may have something similar. The best help he has been to me is linking a loved one up with an agent in another state when that person moves. It is easy for the new agent to pull up the policy and then adjust it as need be. Again they might not be the most cost effective for you but they have helped me during some difficult situations I have had in life.

Anyway it was the best treatment you could ask for when things seem so dreary with an accident occurring.
