The employees, especially Michele, are pleasant to deal with and really go above and beyond to help resolve problems. I always feel like they're on my side. I have now moved out of state and started renting my property and they are assisting me with finding new insurance as a landlord. The people at the agency have been nothing but helpful and communicative in navigating a fairly tricky process. I will miss this agency, and I never thought I'd be saying that about an insurance agent!
