State farm STILL charged us on 8/2. I'm sorry but your dates are wrong and insurance cards were NEVER received. You also tried to cancel our policy due to your systems mess up. Upon us calling, you admitted your fault and reinstated us... only to receive a letter a month later about a drastic increase ... Unauthorized charges AFTER we cancelled and then fighting me on it... trust me, stay away from these people. There's many better insurance companies out there. Then I'm told she won't be in for another two hours. She had every opportunity to call me and let the office know. Instead I wasted my time driving to the office and waiting 20 minutes because she couldn't be a professional and call me or have her office to call me. I will never do business with some like that, shame on her for being unprofessional and leaving a customer hanging.
