As you can see in the reviews for the past few years customers have complained about receiving a solicitation for her business with a picture of their house on the outside of the envelope. Regardless of the negative feedback, I just received one these. I wrote her (copied corporate) and complained that it was creepy AF. Apparently, she doesn't think this is inappropriate or creepy. She could not care less. Her inability to comprehend this tells me she is unscrupulous. A shady lady. I wouldn't trust her at all. And BTW, Allstate dropped me when I lived in Florida after multiple hurricanes even though my house had no real damage. It was random. So, you are NOT in good hands with Allstate. read more

It was very disturbing to receive an unsolicited letter (which was not sealed btw) in the mail with our home on the envelope and on the accompanying insurance offer. My 93 year old mother has dementia, I care for her. She was quite concerned when she saw this as was I. She didn't understand why you sent it to her. I didn't need to deal with that yesterday on top of everything else. I feel it is an invasion of privacy to send something such as this to someone unsolicited. Do you know how creepy it is to receive an envelope in the mail that has a picture of your house on the front with a faux handwritten address , and no return address or identifying marker of the sender? The letter/offer inside included the name, an email address, and a phone number that suggests that she is from within my state, but no mailing address or business address. These people are completely ignorant, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Their CSR's know absolutely nothing about real customer service. Instead of taking responsibility they just make excuses for their actions, including the owner. They also come across as sexist, so it's no wonder the only good reviews come from women. I've been with this agent for about 10 years. Customer service is fantastic. The office staff are very competent and quick to help. I make changes to my policy often and have not had a negative experience. I recently was involved in a motor vehicle accident that I was not at fault.
