We faught back and forth on this most recent one as shingles are in the neighbors yards, patches are missing, the adjuster had to call in a third party because she was not comfortable climbing up our roof. They finally decided to "patch" the roof ( which is well over 10 years with now AWFUL hail and wind damage), then the next week (before we could even agree to this) they sent us a cancelation letter stating we had "too many claims". We contacted the agent who stated they were in the process of appealing this letter only to call us back and inform us via voicemail we had been dropped. This is not an ethical company in the least I would never recommend them to anyone and if I could give negative stars I would.
