Maybe he'll get it to corporate. Remember the days of getting an insurance quote based on things like just your driving history? Those days are gone now in the age of AI overlords. The employee I spoke to assured me there is no escape and things will continue this way due to "tech advances". That was just precious. It's as if she's never researched the incoming regulation of AI or something. Weird. Anyway, to even get a quote, you must submit your first born's DNA, along with every piece of personal information that you agree to share with 3rd party vendors just by making the call. The agents then plug that into the computer and your "personalized" rate is spit out. It's not just insurance, it's EVERYTHING. They determine what you're willing to pay, not what is fair. Good luck to all the fellow mediocre income earners out there. They're coming for all of your money. Say no to surveillance pricing. It won't be good for you or anyone you know.

Back in August I had contacted Sitka about car insurance as I was looking for something better than my current insurance. The gentleman who returned my call was very pleasant. As it was late in the afternoon and for another valid reason he asked if I would be alright guy with him calling me back toward the end of the week or first part of the following week. I was perfectly fine with this. Sadly I did not receive that call, and to be fair I just figured they couldn't do anything for me and didn't bother to call back. I do believe that the ball was in their court and it would have been a bit more professional to call and let me know if they could do anything for me.
