Typical insurance industry standards: high price, low quality. Totally nonresponsive.

He explained both policies really well and took into consideration what I needed. In addition, he was patient with my requests and ultimately helped me make a decision about obth policies. I highly recommend them for any help you would need with any type of insurance

So helpful and great rates. My whole family has been using these guys for years, no complaints. A…read morelot of times "no complaints" is the best you can say about insurance, but Crowley Insurance really deserves more recognition than that. I've had auto coverage from Crowley for as long as I've been driving. When my wife and bought our house, we did our homeowner's through Crowley. They suggested combining my car with homeowners and asked about my wife's car. We had never put much thought into her insurance and she was on some generic internet policy. By switching her over to what Crowley set us up with, her rate dropped a lot (with better coverage), my rate dropped some and our homeowner's dropped from what was first quoted. If I recall correctly, the total savings created by her getting a policy through Crowley was more than what our homeowner's cost. Yup, it pretty much meant buy car insurance, get free homeowner's. Sweet! Dealing with them is great too. I hit a deer, called the next morning and the person that answered the phone is the one that helped me out. No hold, no uninformed people. Just nice, friendly people that know what they are doing. Gabriel answered all of my questions and immediately got to work on the forms that the insurance company requires. Oh and only a $200 deductible. Sweet! I've only called there a handful of times, but always a great interaction. I can't believe I'm writing a review for an insurance agency, kinda boring, I know, but they really deserve recognition for how great they are. Highly recommend.

They're double dipping for profits with vertical integration strategies by owning their own prescription houses. The GOP and the insurance lobby made sure these for profit companies do very well with government subsidies at our expense. Use GoodRX instead. I just paid $17 for a drug Excellus will sell me for $51. If every Medicare recipient received the cash given to these companies to manage our care, the GOP would scream socialism.

I almost died as my blood sugar dropped to under 30, the ambulance saved my life as it had glucose. Excellus does not want to pay for that ambulance. I am on bandages for weeks due to leg injuries and was hospitalized for fifteen days, and I just received a 3-day supply from Excellus of bandages. They spend money on administrative costs to send me letters where I can make a complaint instead of providing services. They do not want to pay for my regular long distance glasses, just paid for computer glasses. Limit rides to the ophthalmologis--I have to go through extra hassle, went blind in my right eye due to a retinal detachment, need procedures in my left eye, they make me go though having to ask for extra paperwork. How come insurance companies get to make a profit off of the sick? Disgusting.
