But all in all the firm is a class act. I always have had honest assessments and dealings with them. I try to shop for the best price but find sometimes if it's close I use Chris since he is always looking out for me when it comes time to submit a claim. Over the years, the customer service has declined as newer staff have been handling my insurance. My daughter had an accident and I ended up having to handle everything on my own. I'm not sure why I had an agent if they were unable to assist with the claim. They were also unable to assist with any auto renewal from a new company. So- if you don't need any assistance with claims, finding new insurance , or anything that involves extra effort- I'm sure this company will be happy to have you. Unfortunately, I ended my experience with them in a negative manner. I would look elsewhere or go to the insurance companies yourself.
