Office full of inexperienced, irresponsible kids that don't listen. I've had nothing but problems out of this office since I've been with AllState. If you're planning to go with Allstate, avoid this office!! For example, It took almost a week to get a return call so I called them back for them to tell me our agent went on vacation. So another agent helped me. She messed up our policy and when I tried calling back, she was no where to be found. I waited hours. Finally a different agent had to help which was more mess and I ended up having to handle it with a supervisor! I'm not even gonna get into what a mess it was and this is just one example. I've been with them for one year and had an $800 increase with zero claims. Shop around, People. I'm saving $1300 a year going to Farmers with increased insurance amounts. Turnover in the office. I have not had any policy or claim issues with Allstate EXCEPT for trying to get assistance with the website which crashes or has an error message and there is no technical support available. If your email address is compromised, we are always urged to NEVER use the same compromised email address because the scammers have been using better and better AI-related software (Malware/Spyware already on your computer) that immediately notifies the scammers that you or any company using your email address is being used to setup an account. This is exactly why ATT&T and Best Buy Helpdesk specialist always tells us to NEVER EVER use new emails that are similar or have your first and last name. This is why even your accounts with companies should close down and delete and/or change your User Name. The same problems always occur with many other companies and businesses because clients or customers always use similar patterns of Usernames (Emails) that notify the scammers and, for this reason, it is still important for any company to NEVER use your comprised OLD EMAIL ADDRESS to contact you. This is for Email Usernames that must have your Email Address. We are always advised to NEVER respond to any attachments or links from UNKNOWN, UNRECOGNISED, or SUSPICIOUS emails even if they appear harmless and innocent because they may transfer Spyware that goes undetected for a given period, so you forget about the innocent communication and the spyware detects bank account data and then notifies the scammers. I am sure there is more to add but my only issue has been this spyware scam that has been going on for several years but, from what the experts have told me, the spyware is enhanced with AI attributes which means it is several steps ahead of the users and there may be no "fixes" or "solutions" for this spyware or malware. As for Allstate, all other insurance agencies and mortgage and bank industries are having similar technical issues that have been creating so many more unanticipated and unforeseen problems that are persistently growing. My problem is frustrating, but it has occurred with many other companies, and it seems totally separate from the function of the companies as they have the same complaints and may have no control over the software systems although some of them welcome the challenge to find a "workaround" to the problem. These types of problems, I have read, are sapping up the time for their customer service departments who have been providing some of those "workaround solutions" but we must remember that many customer service agents are also having to deal with the issues, and they do not mind trying to resolve them in order meet their objective of "one call resolution." Remember that Scammers make unsolicited phone calls or place misleading pop-up Internet advertisements to try to convince unsuspecting computer users that something is seriously wrong with their computers that must be fixed immediately. No service..hard to get anyone to help me add a vehicle to my policy...won't let me change agencies to the one closest to my house...

Customer service at this agency is poor at best. I gave a 2 because I did have a claim a couple of years ago that I had no issues with however, after trying to go from a landlord policy back to a homeowners policy I was quoted at more than double my original homeowners policy amount. I then discovered that a driver had been added to my policy in 2022 that I did not give permission to add. I have no idea who the person is but was told they used to live at my home address. Pavle's office told me it is Allstate's policy to just add drivers if they show at a given address. I never gave permission for the driver to be added but they just added them anyway somehow blaming me for not telling them not to add the individual. What? That doesn't even make sense. I then asked to speak with John Pavle and was told he was national and doesn't take calls. Unacceptable. Finally, I sent two emails trying to verify that my policy was terminated. If I were you I would seek insurance with a different company. Allstate has been absolutely terrible to work with. I have had a claim open for over 3 months and they have done nothing to resolve it. If you get home or rental insurance through them you end up dealing with a 3rd party since they have outsourced their adjusters. Don't bother reaching out to your agent I can speak about being with John Pavle they don't do anything but tell you how sorry they are and that they can advocate for you. Beyond Terrible Agency. Unprofessional and incompetent service. Failed to answer the phone, return voicemails, and was inaccessible when needing to file claim. I cancelled my policy only to have ALLSTATE call multiple times to tell me I missed payment, then advised they mistakenly forgot to cancel my policy - saying my request, though confirmed by email, was "lost in the system". I'm not one to write bad reviews but, I have to make an exception. This guy apparently spends a lot on Internet advertising and suckered me in as I was searching for a home policy. In typical bait and switch fashion they said I could get insured for around $1700. By the time all was said and done it was $2400. Then they cancelled the policy saying my home needed repairs. I spent $8500 in repairs and contacted them by email multiple times to get them to come reinspect prior to the cancellation date. I was completely ignored. No courtesy of even a response after multiple phone calls. In addition I agreed to move my car insurance to get a multi-policy discount. They signed me up, took my premiums and never followed through to get my old policies cancelled so yes, I was paying them for insurance I already had. I wish I had seen his photo that looks like some Amway salesman's picture of "success" and these Yelp reviews prior to doing business here. On the plus side the staff who helped me sign up was very courteous and professional. The customer service person I finally got a hold of to cancel was similarly so. But the person whose name is on the door? He's doing less than zero for Allstate's reputation. read more

I wish I could give no stars. This company has been awful to deal with. I got homeowners insurance through them and with NO NOTIFICATION, a month after closing, they CHANGED the square footage on my home amount so they could up my insurance amount. THIS IS FRAUD! Nowhere in any documentation was there a square footage listed for them to make any sort of change. I didn't catch this until month's later and NO ONE would get back to me or respond when I asked who made this change and based on what information. After hounding them, they said it was info on the Texas CAD and they didn't know how it got there. LIES! I screenshot and sent them that info. "oops that was a typo" they said. RIGHT. THEN they tried to add on my seller as an additional occupant to my insurance and my car insurance. I caught it that time. Trying to get more money yet again. When I confronted them with my concerns, they ceased communication. OK? Seriously, avoid this company. They give no sh*ts about their customers. read more

I wish I could give NO stars.... WORST insurance company ever! Out of 109 homes in our development, 98 homes received new roofs from hail damage (none of those had Allstate). 4 homes with Allstate: 2 are in litigation, 1 switched insurance companies, 1 got their new roof after 2 years of hassling ~ and after 1-1/2 years of fighting with them, we finally switched too. In all that time, our insurance man NEVER ONCE contacted us (not sure there's even a man by that name), but a roofing contractor did come out to see our roof (not an adjustor ~ a roofer). Our roofer was also there and saw extensive roof damage ~ although Allstate's roofer said we had "bird damage" (coincidentally the size of hail damage), and refused our claim. Odd that out of all those houses with hail damage, we were the only ones with "bird damage"!! There's more to the story, but too bizarre to fit it all in here ~ suffice it to say that I'm tired of non-existent customer service and paying premiums for non-existent coverage. read more

Have been with this insurance agency for a few years. I got into a car accident and notified my agent immediately. I was surprised to get virtually no assistance with the claims process! I was told to make the calls to the other drivers insurance company and other related leg work myself. It was like pulling teeth to get help from my agent who ultimately but reluctantly agreed to call the other insurance company of the driver. So disappointed and I will be switching our families home and auto insurance policies to a different company post-haste! read more

I agree with the previous reviews. This is the worst insurance company ever!!! The scam you with a low quote. I paid my home policy in full, and they came back later wanting more money or they would cancel it. They tried to take more money out of my bank account without my authorization and my bank denied it. I then received bills in the mail, when I called to ask what the new bills were for, they didn't know why I was being charged more since I had paid in full. I was told they would investigate and call me back..... I never got a call back. When I called them again, they don't know what's going on. They never call back or return emails. I ended up paying extra just to end it, only to have them send me another bill the very next week!!!! I paid in full, but they just keep asking for money. They don't care about customer service at all!!!!! I moved my home and auto policy after one year of this crap!! Keep away from this one. A low quote will cost you much more in the end!!! read more

This has to be one of the worst insurance agencies in the world!!! I got a call and was told that I needed to make a payment in order for my policy not to be cancelled! I made a payment and then they took out about $800 more from my account. If they were going to take out the money automatically anyway, then what was the phone call for? Anyway, I called to ask for my overpayment back and was told that I needed to submit a copy of my bank statement in order for the refund to be processed sooner. I submitted my information to the agent via email per his request and he NEVER responded. When I called his office to ask about the status, I was informed that my refund would be in my account between 24 and 48 hours. Needless to say, I still don't have my money. I went to the office and no one seemed to know about the status of my refund. Another agent had to call and find out what happened and not they say that I have to wait again. I hate this company and this office!!! Nobody really cares about helping their customers! They are quick to take your money and slow to assist you!!! They should close his office and never open again!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a poor excuse for a business!!! I wish I could have given them negative stars!!! read more
