TERRIBLE COMMUNICATOR!! Ignored me every time I called...He was either out of the office, on the…read morephone, at lunch, in a meeting, or just too busy to take my call, for 3 DAYS!! I told the ladies who answered the phone several times, I needed to speak with him OR that I needed to get an answer to the email that I sent to him 3 DAYS ago. She confirmed that they received the email, so I didn't understand why ED felt the need to ignore me. I told the ladies, that it was not that hard for ED or EDDIE to respond my phone, text, or call, but that my reason for being persistent needed to be treated with a sense of urgency. But finally after 3 DAYS, ED finally graced me with 30 seconds of his precious time. He was incredibly RUDE and ARROGANT for no reason. He cut me off several times when I was speaking, acted like I was bothering him - even after I waited 3 days to speak to him, and you could tell he could careless what I was saying. All I can say TO ALL Consumers is, this State Farm Agent could careless about the community he lives in, he is Very Rude and he MUST be a GOD since he thinks he can treat people with such disrespect, and if his communication and the way he ignores people is ANY sign of the way does business, I WOULD STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! Btw, he was rarely available to take phone calls and don't hold your breath on him returning phone calls. I had been to his office quite a few times about my car. (It was in the garage 3.5 months before it was deemed totaled). Still the last time I was there, he still did not know my name. Eddie should have been a used car salesman. As when he sees you, he's smiling and waving and loud. Loudly but friendly, how are you doing? So fake. I had turned in paperwork for some reimbursement. He did nothing. The insurance company of the drunk driver helped me more than Eddie did !!! & Another thing, the parking for his business is terrible. His side of the street is always full. If there is a spot, beware if you don't want or like to parallel park. Across the street, you have to back in the angle parking spots. If you are considering this insurance agent, DON'T ! JUST DON'T !
