My experience with Allstate has been devastating. After being a client for 20 years, we finally needed them for a water leak in our kitchen. The adjuster came out and decided it wasn't spontaneous. I couldn't believe that when I told the adjuster what happened, he said that no, it didn't happen that way. It was a horrible experience. I never thought an adjuster would make me feel like I was lying to him. My kitchen is ruined, and Allstate denied the claim. Now I'm working with contractors to fix the kitchen, and two have told me that Allstate has a reputation for being difficult and not wanting to pay.
