I walked back in and my name was called right away and Nigel was able to process my payment and even help me update my address in just 5 minutes. I love that you get the registration sticker right away and the paper registration so you don't have to wait to get it in the mail. Overall it was a 5 star experience - if you have AAA I highly recommend.

My wife got rear-ended by a semi-truck last year and at that time we had discovered that…read moreKaylin (the business OWNER) had not set up our policy on auto-pay (like we had asked and have written confirmation) At the time of the accident, we had discovered that we were uninsured and our commercial auto policy had been cancelled for non-payment. Literally the worst thing that could happen. We couldn't file a police report because we were worried my wife would be arrested for being uninsured and we would get a $1200 fine on top of that. Which means we couldn't sue the driver of the semi truck for the injuries my wife experienced from the driver falling asleep while driving and hitting her at a stop sign. We should of sued Kaylin for her negligence. After dealing with that mess, we had moved all of our other insurances to a new carrier but left our commercial auto policy with CMIS and Mercury Insurance while we were trying to find a new agent to assist us, that was also at an affordable rate. During this time we again instructed Kaylin to have our account set up on auto-pay so we dont have to think about insurance and wont end up uninsured again. We just found out today that our policy was once again NOT set up in auto-pay and once again our commercial auto policy had been cancelled. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
