As of late my insurance has tripled and the broker told me to basically suck it up and pay the bill. (2024) That she was not going to discuss where we could trip the fat because my one man company had gone bankrupt. They were charging me $33k a year. I switched to AmFam and right off the bat we got a trim and saving of $6k. If the owner of PHE wants this review removed get me a refund on the Travelers policy back to May 2025. Get an adjustment on the 2023-2024 contractors insurance policy as my company took a $300k decrease in income. Because that insurance was based on previous years earnings.

She seems helpful and professional and assured me that they can take care of my insurance needs. I email her my current declarations and receive a one word reply "received". I sent another two emails that day explaining some nuances of my property and did not receive any replies. (three emails to her and only one reply consisting of one word) A week goes by with no other correspondence. April 28 I send an email asking "what's happening". She responds "I need to verify your date of Birth and Last four of your SS" to which I promptly provide. No further correspondence. May 8 I send an email asking "I am wondering what is happening with my insurance? " and she replies "please call me" I call her and she says she is having trouble with the system and I ask her to call me when she gets it squared away. I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD. I emailed one last time May 14 and never received a reply! I understand Jerry is out of town, but if he cares about his business, he may want to work with his staff. I have not encountered such lack of professionalism in the insurance industry. Really disappointing, as I read all the good reviews about Jerry, I am sure he's great.

All state doesn't know what policies cover when they're selling to you. This is a learning moment for us" also when giving a statement you'll say one thing they'll misconstrue it so they don't have to cover you. When you say that's not what I said and try to tell them what you were trying to say they'll say "it doesn't matter what you meant or what you were trying to say" all around horrible customer service and will find any reason to not accept a claim.
