My grandmother's vehicle was hit by one of his clients when she tried to call and ask how the process was going to work a lady named Sharron was unbelievably angry just having to answer simple questions about how to get paid and where to meet the adjuster. Summey told my grandmother was told the renal car would be covered but she must pay up front and be reimbursed. At the concussion of the ordeal the ladies in the office told my grandmother she needs to return the rental car because the they wouldn't pay for "another minute, the vehicle is ready for pick up" but what they had forgotten was the adjuster gave them (office staff) the check and no one ever mailed it to my grandmother. My 72 year old grandmother was stranded at her house for two days with out a way to get to the store or the doctor, then proceeded to swear at my religious grandmother because she was making them drive to Hendersonville from Brevard to bring her the check they had forgotten to mail. This company obviously doesn't care about elderly people or people in general. I have never heard language used from a business professional like that in my life. This company does not deserve your business!
