"The check is in the mail" since the end of April! If we call and get voicemail, no one returns calls. I'm convinced they intend to keep my money. It's not a lot, but I'm retired and every little bit helps. It's the principal of the matter that bothers me most. You're supposed to be able to trust your insurance agents to do right by their customers. I don't know if the problem is with this specific office or with State Farm in general, but I won't do business with either ever again.

We reached to this CPA for help with our 2016 taxes after the initial CPA made a lot of mistakes…read moreand we received a notice from the IRS we owed them $3900. Ms. McNary sent in a letter and documentation as to why we disagreed. She had done a quick calculation that showed we were owed even more money by the IRS. The IRS responded by dropping our amount to $2200. This all started the very beginning of June 2018. Couldn't get her to return phone calls or emails. Now it is the end of December 2018 and we just received another IRS notice that they have charged us an additional $2000 in penalties and interest because for the last 6 months Ms. McNary has NOT taken care of filing our amended return. She has created more financial distress for us by dragging her lazy feet and not getting our amendment done. We will now be going to H&R Block because at least they will do the amendment right away and maybe we can start cleaning up this mess. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the North Carolina State Board of CPA's. We are pushing for her to pay that extra $2000 since it is completely her fault we got charged with it, because if she had done our amendment in a reasonable and timely manner, those charges would not exist. Do not use this uncaring and unremorseful lady.

Not only did they repo it they drove through my yard running over several hedges and breaking our water main coming into the house cause the truck was too heavy to have on yard. We filed a police report and plan on pursuing in court but that's not the point. The reason the payment was late was my wife was in the hospital for 3.5 weeks with a bad infection which spread to her blood. The office manager Jennifer is always hateful and even once called me a liar over a mechanic bill Which I was absolutely not lying about.
