Why didn't they do that for me to begin with. I told them to cancel my insurance on the first of the month so that I would not have to pay another premium with them. I did not realize that my insurance was deducted on the 27 of each month. That is when I paid my new insurance company their premium. So country charged me $50.09 for 3 days of coverage. When I called them they let me know that I was billed on the 27th of each month. Why didn't they tell me that the first time I called which was on the 27th of the month. I was already covered by State Farm at that time.I am saving over $1,200 per year through State Farm. You would think that country could have done that for a 20 year loyal customer.

My first bill came through with no problem at all. My second month was met with a charge of over double what was quoted to me. When I called to get information, Nora told me that my 6 month premium was a completely different number than what was originally quoted over $200 more than what was quoted. I spoke to Kim who assured me that she would get it taken care of. My Third month and the bill was getting bigger and bigger. When I called again I was told that three months ago I had something on my record that was preventing me from getting the rate promised and it was automatically raised. Some customer service, no call, no email, no info at all. In fact, Kim wouldn't return my calls at all anymore unless I called from a different phone number, at which she would ask to call back and never would. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone I know, be aware that they have little to no customer service and will do anything to ensure your experience is as painful as possible. STAY AWAY
