I insure several things at this Agency with Kristine and consider myself an average client. She and her crew always make me feel like the most important client they have -- even if it is the smallest request or just a simple question. I wish I could leave a zero star review. Let me tell you why. I have been divorced for over 7…read moreyears, separated for 10. I had my home refinanced so the home would just be in my name. I have quit claim deed stating he no longer lives here. Apparently, to get his name removed from my property insurance, they need his permission. I haven't talked to him since I refinanced my home. Now I have to hunt him down and bring up past trauma just to get him to call and give permission. This is robbery. Why should I have to insure a man that does not live here? Why do I need to contact him for permission when he is nowhere on anything of mine anymore? I am deeply upset by this and I hope this will help deter people away from getting this coverage. Its insanely priced anyway. Good luck anyone looking for coverage, I hope you steer clear of this one.
