After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. Finally, I reached back to Sayed again, and as always even after 3 years or he still remembers me and was available to talk and provided great options. It was a no-brainer to switch and save some money. More importantly, he provided great advice without any aggressive sales tactics. Just recently I needed some documents for my mortgage and he and his team jumped on it and addressed it within few mins. When I finally decided to shop around for a quote, Farmer's was quoting me about $30 less a month for a comparable package than other agencies, but I still didn't totally understand what I was getting myself into, and decided to call my local agent to clarify some parts of the policy. Lucky for me, that agent was Kulwinder. She was really patient with me as I went through the policy line-by-line and asked her what different things meant. We went through a few rounds of (tediously) revised quotes with questions (a lot of questions, haha) between each round before I finally settled on a plan that worked for me. Even though I called her several times throughout this process, Kulwinder never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She is super warm and patient, and I really enjoyed talking to her.
