I received no confirmation of this cancellation and didn't know it was cancelled until I received a refund check in the mail 2 weeks later. When I called Amica to have this rectified, the manager/supervisor Sheila was aggressive with me and refused to do anything about it. She just told me that I needed to start over with a new policy rather than just reinstate my policy that they decided to cancel without my permission. Sheila told me that she needed to listen to the recording of my conversation with the agent to prove that I indeed only wanted my auto insurance policy cancelled but never got back to me and hasn't returned my calls after leaving multiple voicemails

The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork. She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. As for as titling services, I've had worse experiences in center city, so kudos to this friendly bunch.
