Worst place I kept my money! Deposit a check and did what they were allowed putting a 3 day hold…read morebut giving me $500 of the $3500. I wouldn't receive the rest of the check deposit until their hold time was up to make sure they were paid for the check. I waited the days they told me put on my deposit, then withdrew and used the remaining money left of the check deposit from 5th 3rd Bank. Thought all was good. I waited the demanded DuPaco time and followed their rules of a high dollar check deposit mandatory wait time. After close to month, I received notice that I owed for a NSF check return. When I disputed it, 1) I followed their rules to check deposit and waited their designated days. Nothing was indicated it was returned for NSF from 5th/3rd Bank to me at the end of what DuPaco demanded of me to make sure all was good. It wasn't my fault for their delay on doing their job and business. 2) That's what FDIC is for. I didn't receive any help with what to do with the situation, not even a tip from any DuPaco employee, even though they advertise customer support, members come first and are treated with all available options to get the Member what they want, what they are needing, and with respect for the Members privacy. Completely all lies in my case, I probably won't ever have good remarks from DuPaco and Refused ANY AND ALL REQUESTS FROM MY NAME. I never felt like I was a member, liked customer who was NEVER treated with respect or given the best customer service or support of any kind, especially positive help with DuPaco on my side helping with all options available used. I got here's the paperwork for what you owe DuPaco and we closed your account. Pay DuPaco or they will ll show moist negative results until you comply. I still haven't but I did contact FDIC myself and advised my claim.
