My complaint is with the company in general. I purchased a car yesterday on Saturday and apparently you cannot reach anyone at Go Auto insurance on the weekend to add a car to your policy! I have tried to use their online app to do it and I'm unable to do so. So if you purchase a card Monday through Friday I'm sure during business hours yeah they're great very inexpensive and helpful for the most part but Saturday and Sunday forget it. I am so irritated
