Working 50-60 hours a week and dealing with my insurance company (GMAC), who's offices operate on Eastern time, which means there offices were closed everyday at 2:30, would normally be very difficult... not with Ursala having your back.! She was constantly updating me... and calling them (GMAC) to make they had no plans on forgetting about me 'the little guy'... as most insurance companies so often do... Best customer service i have every experienced... especially when your talking about a field such as insurance where i feel like most insurance companies have never heard of such a thing.
