Amazing. The facility is large and clean, with a waiting area. They also handle DMV-type services, and you can tell that part of the operation can get frustrating for some customers -- there were signs all over the check-in area asking people to be respectful and not harass the employees. For my visit and transaction though, everything was smooth and extremely pleasant. They take credit cards and there's plenty of parking in the lot.

As I will not drive with an expired license I started searching for an alternative DMV location where I could renew my license. After checking numerous other offices I was able to secure an appointment at the DMV Nanuet office for the very next day with a drive of only 35 minutes from my home. The Nanuet AAA DMV office is located in Rockland Plaza which has lots of parking space. The office is very modern, spacious and well organized. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and my license was quickly renewed in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I had a disagreement and have parted ways with my mother for legal and personal reasons. Daryll did not agree with that and had no right to interfere, but instead of dropping my mother's property from my policy, he refused to become the broker of record of the insurance policy even though I was the primary. He wanted to keep me and my mother's property together in the umbrella policy. He kept saying "no don't do that, I disagree, just think about it" and kept calling over and over despite adamantly telling him. The insurance carrier took my mother's broker as the broker of record and dropped me off my own policy. Daryll Fredricks actively chose to not contact the insurance carrier with my proof of ownership to establish I should not be dropped. Daryll then caused my next renewal to be 2x the price because I had no policy to renew. I had to start a new one.
