That aside, the "Lead Tech" was unbelievably rude, constantly cutting me off and talking over me. Even when I called him out for being extremely rude and unprofessional, he immediately interrupted me several more times. He also never gave me my credit card back so now I have to drive back to get it. This guy needs some day-1 customer service training and some training around manners.
