And that's a shame - because it's excellent. Walk through the shop to the back and down the stairs, and you'll find a couple of beauty rooms. I got a warm welcome from Janina, my therapist, who was lovely and friendly throughout. They use lycon hot wax and the rooms are extremely tidy and clean. Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you'll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. An amazing distraction from the job at hand! The hot wax was quick, about 20 minutes, very painless and thorough. Best of all, it's a complete steal. Cheapest place I've found in London. This place is certainly worth trekking across London for. I am looking forward to going back many times in the future.

I got a beautiful sparkly shellac manicure! Brand new store so all their equipment, materials, polishes, etc are brand new. Place was very clean and pleasant to be in despite being downstairs from street level. Definitely recommend! And will be back for my holiday manicure. Book directly rather than through treatwell as it is cheaper. Currently (November 2016) it is cash only but their machine is on its way.
