Mary was incredibly sassy and disrespectful, making my elderly grandmother feel like a burden just for asking a simple question. She clearly had no patience and made it obvious she didn't want to help. If you don't like dealing with people, maybe don't work at the photo counter in a pharmacy that's supposed to serve the community? This store should be ashamed to have someone like that representing them. We will 100% be taking our business elsewhere and we'll be letting everyone we know do the same. Do better, Walgreens. The pharmacists are friendly and still manage to answer all your questions through a window, which feels a bit like talking to a medication guru at a drive-thru confessional. We arrive 10 minutes before our appt and waited until the Pharmacy Tech was available to adminster our shots. We only waited an additional 10 minutes, as he was the only available tech at the time. He was able to get my husband and I completed fairly quickly. His bedside manner was lacking, but as someone who has manned my own office alone before, I get the focus and concentration on other things.
