Do not recommend. While the staff was friendly and the Botox injections fairly well done, the hard sell of all services, from skin care products to fillers to stem cell injections for degenerative arthritis in my knees was way over the top. I trust my Orthopedic specialist over a day spa for my knee health. In addition, the $8.00 per unit quoted is offset by over twice the amount of Botox I've received on my 11s and brow line. The experience was great! I agree with other reviews in that the hard sell and pressure is present but one needs to know the prices are similar at all clinics. Figure out what you need for yourself and make the purchase. Liza and Tammy were with me throughout the experience. The results are very good and this is one day after treatment. Trust the reviews this place is awful. Went in there for Botox for 11 lines and I know typically how many units I get. The woman was beyond pushy saying that she recommended 55 units I have NEVER gotten more than 30. I said no way am I doing that many then she said 40 or 45 and I was still floored by this. I know how many my face should get and more than 30 is not it especially for that one particular area. She kept asking questions for example 'when you wake up do you feel tired, do you like what you see, etc' I was like yes my only concern are my 11 lines that what I'm here. Well she proceeded to tell me I have dark circles I need an eye lift and kept PUSHING. This was by far the worst experience I have even had. I refused to get the amount she 'recommended' and left. Clients should stand their ground and places like this should be ashamed at themselves for how they treat/talk to people. Needless to say I went somewhere else where they were not pushy and was recommended 26 units which is VERy normal for ME. But Allure doesn't give a damn about what you think they just care about pushing units and their awful services. read more

everyone is nice there but i just think its A LOT of money for the results to not last, as soon as i got my filler it was dissolved within the first couple of days and i look the same now already as i did when i went in there. I wouldn't go to this place again. I paid $900 for a few procedures and there is no difference. They also tried to sell me a magic lift of fillers for $4600. If I didn't see a difference the first time then why am I gonna go back to you? I will just go back to the office I used to go to. Warning re: $8 Botox. TLDR: Pushy, uncomfortable/inappropriate sales tactics, refusal to treat unless you do what THEY want and spend the amount THEY want. I left without it. 0/10 Do Not Recommend. Background: I have gotten Botox at least 10 times thus far, I never need more than 30 units for forehead lines and 11s. I like to have a little movement in my forehead still, not to be completely frozen, and 30 units allows me to achieve that and I'm fine with my schedule of going back approx. every 4-5 months. I know what my body needs, how i like it to look, how I respond to what amounts and what placement. I had forgotten to make an appt at the salon & skin spa i usually go to and the schedule was out a ways so i figured I'd take advantage of the $8/unit offer. Environment: I was immediately off put by the woman who checked me in in the room, asking me questions like what kind of pets I had, how many, what my pets names were, what my husbands name was, how old he is, etc. and documenting it. She wasn't asking to make conversation, it felt like a weird used car salesman sales tactic. The woman who would've been administering my Botox (nurse injector?) then came in, handed me a mirror and asked me "What don't you like about yourself?" When i said nothing, I'm just trying to be preventative, she proceeded to pick out things SHE thought i should change in the form of questions. "Do your frown lines bother you?" I'm barely 30, don't smoke and am an SPF freak, my frown lines are barely there and fine. Plus it shouldn't matter, I DIDNT ASK FOR THAT. This continued for every wrinkle and imperfection she could find on my face. The "deal": The deal is, it's only $8 Botox if you get what THEY want done. I had to repeatedly tell them I did not want any more than 30 units and in my forehead lines and 11s. Instead, they demanded 50 units and argued with me for 10 mins, refusing to do any treatment unless I agreed to $400 (50 units), and wanting to do something other than what I was asking. They were increasingly rude the more I refused to do anything over 30 units in my forehead and 11s. I left without it. Everyone's choices are their own, if you want a frozen face entirely and that's your jam go for it! That's not me and I'm not going to compromise for a "deal". A licensed medical provider should not be pushing additional treatment. read more

They offer an unbeatable price for Botox, however when you go to your appointment they refuse to provide you with all the injections needed and insist you come back in two weeks for more and it's in your best Interest. It's basically a gimmick to get you to buy more, and they will try to upsell you in packages before the procedure. I called the place that did Botox to me prior and asked them about this practice, and they immediately said "you must be talking about Allure!". Needless to say whatever they injected me with has had little effect and I am highly disappointed. They bring in the needles pre-packed as well, honestly I have no idea what they even injected in me. I have been to several places and and have never had an experience like this. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly and were just following protocol- so no hard feelings towards them. I was warned before going here about their unorthodox practices but the price and curiosity got the best of me- I am now out of $500 and have to go back to a legit place to get it done right. I was told that my procedure (botox) required 60 units. I've NEVER had more than 30 units. I refused to allow them to proceed with the recommended amount and they refused to treat me. They said they "don't allow for half procedures". This is ridiculous!! I've been getting botox for years and have NEVER experienced this type of treatment. read more

Allure uses extremely diluted Botox. There are various dilution amounts depending on the area of the face and your goals, but an injector here told me that she recommends I try to look for another place for Botox because management is pushing them to dilute Botox more than recommended so you have to come back more often since results wear off faster. She said they're also being pushed to dilute lip filler so you need to come back and buy more syringes for your desired look. Yes the Botox here is $8/unit, but you will end up getting more units than you actually need and they will not last long. read more

Im writing this review as I am surprised of the low ratings Allure has. I Started coming to allure in June of 2021 for Botox as they offer Botox at a very reasonable price $8 a unit. I was skeptical as I have been to numerous other medical salons and have had minimum results or the product didn't last as long as it should . I'm 45, and my problem areas are my #11's, crows feet,and brow. So Very happy with my Botox results at Allure. I follow up every 3-4 months to maintain . This Botox last! most of the areas (forehead , #11's) are still "blocked" and don't need injections or just a small amount after a 3-4 month period. Making maintence very cost efficient. The staff is very personable and they don't try to oversell you at this location. They recommend but are not pushy which is a huge plus. read more

Used car salesmen of skin care. Results are minimal if at all. Customer service is non existent. My first visit which came to $4000 in services I sat in room with numbing cream for over three hours as I feel they literally forgot I was here. Then when I received the treatment it hurt so bad as the numbing had worn off. I was not happy with results. Called to complain about my experience results and price. The technician called me and her answer was to just dissolve everything they did not try to accommodate me was just combative with me. My second appointment I returned the facial products way over priced. Got a refund 4 months later. Not happy at all requested to cancel membership and get refunded for product that never showed up in the mail. I had to physically go in person to get anything done. I did get refunded for my membership still waiting for semi glutide product refund that never showed up since April read more

WARNING!!! RUN!! I am full of nothing but regret thanks to my experience with Allure. While staff seemed friendly, it felt rushed and an error in injection sites (on both sides of my face!!) ruined my smile and distorted my face for months. I have never left a negative review in my life but I want to save others so I will continue to spread the word about my experience with their mistakes and the fact that they didn't do anything even remotely adequate to attempt to make up for it. As much as I'd rather move on, lesson learned, and just leave this whole hell experience in the past, I know I need to warn others because while some may hopefully have a more positive experience here, I would HATE for this to happen to anyone else. The risk isn't worth it. Everyone knows that injections of any kind are a risk in itself but this was a careless, rushed mistake. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with injections. I have been dealing with the after effects of a serious error in injection placement that deeply distorted my entire face/smile. The injections for my crows feet (which I've had many times before with no issue) were placed far far too low on my cheeks, paralyzing my face and making my smile and entire face look distorted for months. After speaking with several other injection specialists, since both sides of my face were equally distorted, it was not a matter of the botox moving after injection or me simply not liking typical results, it was obviously injected far too low on my face. My entire face changed drastically and looked terrible. My smile was paralyzed for months and it is just now finally going back to usual. Again, I've had botox before in the exact same areas without issue. Not only did it feel rushed and I hated the way my face was totally noticeable distorted, when Injecting, they didn't even use an alcohol wipe on my face before! That is beyond dangerous! I understand that mistakes can happen and I am a very understanding person, however, they didn't do enough of anything to make up for it! I came back for a follow up to show them how distorted my face was and everyone agreed based on the pictures I had taken before just weeks prior that a mistake had been made. To my shock, they basically just said "it happens" and recommended I purchase something to massage muscles and break up the toxins in my face so it would go away sooner. So I spent $1,000 and now I had to spend more on products to try to make their mistake fade sooner. I am a forgiving person but cannot believe how unwilling they were to do something more to make up for what happened. No refund (even partial), no genuine apology, no offer to comp part of my next visit, no thoughtful attempt to fix it. Again, I've had botox before and NEVER experienced this. I'm aware that I signed paperwork and there's always risks involved but never did I ever think a professional business would do so little to make it right. Had they done more, I would've genuinely been more understanding (mistakes are mistakes) but between my awful experience, it's lasting effects, and their reaction when they saw what had happened, now I warn every single person I know to stay away so they don't learn this lesson the hard way. Just over three months later and I finally look like me again (with wrinkles, as expected as all botox results last around that time). I'll take wrinkles any day over whatever the hell they did to my face. I was a bridesmaid in multiple weddings and I am still so embarrassed. All I could do was apologize to the brides for ruining all bridal party pictures. I can only imagine how much worse it could've been if I were a bride dealing with such results!! Then when you go back for your two week follow up they tell you what a difference there is but when you tell them you don't see a difference they'll tell you that it's hard to see a difference in your own self.
