Awful. Cancel appointments. Make them at the wrong location. I have never been treated so poorly by any company.

I was a recent patient at the Clinton Township facility and I am happy to strongly recommend this organization. They began with a one on one review of my medical condition with me. They also used several different presentation aids to make sure I understood my condition and the methods they planned to use to help me. They are very patient, highly skilled and helped put me on track for a recovery. They also provide me with long term exercises to maintain my health. This program requires commitment and determination on the part of the patient. The physical therapists at this facility were awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The girls at the front desk always made me feel at home and understood if I needed to cancel an appointment. The machines were cleaned after every use. The bathrooms were spotless too. The timeframe for helping with my problem was exactly as I was told. I can now walk without a cane or walker. I will genuinely miss them, as it was better than seeing my psychologist. read more

I have been doing physical therapy with the PTA's at Pure Healthy back for 2 weeks now. The front desk is excellent in communicating what is needed, setting up appointments for you, the process of therapy, etc. I appreciate the long hours that they are available for questions or schedule changes. The PT's who complete the primary evaluation for your plan and your visits are great. Very friendly, caring and patient working with you. I haven't met all the PTA's at Pure Healthy Back but those I have, are very knowledgeable, patient and willing to work with you. If the exercise isn't comfortable, you need help how to do it again or if you have an additional health questions the PTA's are very good. The nicest thing about my experience with Pure Healthy Back is half of my therapy time includes a 1/2 hour massage once a week. This place gave me my life back WITHOUT surgery! On both sides of my family there are very bad backs. My brother had to have surgery at the old age of 18...that is how bad they are. lol I was 26 and slowly had back pain that grew worse and worse. I was bartending 40 hrs a week and figured I was just tired. One day I tried to get out of the car and collapsed due to back spasms. Once at the hospital I was told I had a bulging disk. Physical therapy and pain meds, that's all I was given. After getting out of bed in the morning hunched over in an "L" shape, I asked family members where they went and all of them said Dynamic. I met with the Dr and she gave me a full exam. Confirmed I had a bulging disk, but she could help me without surgery. She sent me home with some exercises to do (basic pilates stretches), and a few days of therapy. I remember leaving thinking "Pilates stretches?! That's what I am paying for?!" They really worked. As time went on I was given more exercises, and went 3 times a week for therapy including massage therapy. After 6 or 7 weeks my range of motion was back to normal and my pain was GONE! Here it is 5 years later and I still have not needed surgery, and have very little pain, if ever!!! When I do feel some pain coming on (usually by wearing the wrong shoes!) I do my stretches and I feel so much better! No heavy high dose pain meds. Motrin if I need it! This place is simply amazing! Their hours are very flexible and the staff is great! they really enjoy what they do, and it shows. They really want to make sure you get better and will tailor your plan to what you are able to do. If you have any type of back or neck pain you need to check this place out!! read more

This is the 5th place I've tried for physical therapy. I FINALLY feel some relief after years of pain. All the therapists are very good and the girls at the desk are awesome too. The facility is a good size, clean and well kept. After only a couple months I have a ways to go, but I finally have hope. Thank you to ALL the staff. read more

I have been coming here on a routine basis for more than 10 years and am convinced that it has improved my chronic back pain with out having to deal with surgery. From the initial call I had it has been a great response. Rachel was on the line explaining to me what I would need to do to get started with PT. All the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and encouraging. They offer long hours daily (except Friday's) to accommodate patients. Appointment times are honored, with no wasteful waiting. It is an awesome place, clean and very professional. My first consultation was with Liza, we went over my specific situation regarding my back and left hip. She gave me a program of exercises to do and follow daily. The therapists, assistants that coach me with my exercises are fantastic! Shaun, Jamie, Michelle, Beth, and Mary. They make sure I am doing my exercises correctly. I also follow my exercise program at home as well. PHB offers the Medx machine and Medx exercise equipment. It is specifically geared towards treating and reducing chronic back pain and dysfunction through spinal strengthening exercises designed for me. I am very satisfied with the improvement of my condition. PHB has been a positive experience and I plan to continue with the maintenance program here! read more

I tried everything for my neck pain, including injections, chiropractic, and physical therapy. The doctor didn't know if surgery would be successful. Thanks to the great therapists at the Hayes office the pain is almost non existent and I know the proper strengthening exercises and stretches to keep it in check. read more
