Had some work done... Botox, filler, chin help, and hormone pallets. Not only did they scam me with the pricing but I became very ill from the pellets. They were not properly inserted so I now have dents and scars on my rear end. The filler left me so bruised ans swollen. The Botox lasted a couple of weeks and was gone. When I reached out to come back in for the Botox, they wanted me to pay again. They even took pictures and saw that they didn't work. They advertise low prices but now I know why. The injections were prefilled and you don't see the viles. Very, very sketchy. I didn't do my due diligence in looking up allure. Like everyone said they upsale you constantly. They blonde injector was very rude. My priorvisit i relieved botox to correct a marionette line on one side of my face. Not only did it make it worse now I have 2 lines instead of 1 on the one side. Then if that wasn't bad enough the injector proceeded to make comments about my 4 year marriage . It won't let me post pictures, but I've been to Allure before and previously had better results. However, in December 2025, I booked another appointment after taking a break for a little bit and received their "brow lift" which is 55 units. That's probably the most they've ever suggested I get, but they were convincing that this was what I needed. Two weeks later, I realized I still had significant movement and visible wrinkles. I went back and they charged me for an additional 4 units, and made my brows uneven. Two weeks after that, I went back and had her even out my brows even though they had dropped down after the second treatment. So after it was all said and done, I spent $450 for basically not much. I'm super disappointed and will not be returning. To answer your comment: I'm not going back to let you evaluate for a 4th time. I did go under my name listed here or by my maiden name Hall. Ask for an itemized receipt! The reason for my poor review is that I was charged for a product I did not receive. I strongly recommend asking for an itemized receipt, even though they claim they do not provide one. When I had to call and dispute the charge, I had no documentation to prove I was billed incorrectly. Both times I've visited, the experience has felt chaotic. Appointments are overbooked, and the staff seem stressed and rushed as a result. I really regret locking myself into a membership. While Angela, the provider, is excellent, the facility itself is understaffed and appears to be trying to accommodate too many patients at once. read more

I only wish she had asked what results I wanted prior to injecting me as it was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. I think the prices are very reasonable as well. I really don't like to leave bad reviews but I have been going to med spas for twenty years and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.I was immediately turned off by the ambience, then they held my drivers license until they put me into one of their rooms, then all they did was try to say they didn't like lip flips to try and persuade me to do a lip filer instead. Which I was going to do but didn't know if I should do the flip first and wait. Then all they did was try to upsell me on packages and try to persuade me to add other services beyond what I was initially asking for which would have been $1100 that I was going to spend instead of listening to what I said I wanted. I felt nothing short of uneasy, uncomfortable and pressured the entire visit here and prefer to spend my money where you are listened to and not just trying to be sold a $2500 package. There are far more ethical med spas in Greenville than this unfortunately. My consultation appointment there was Monday 11/25/2024 at 10:45 (picture as proof) as you want to say I wasn't at this location but another reminder of this unprofessional and unethical practice. I recently went there because I moved from North Carolina and wanted to try a new Botox provider. I usually get 30 units and I'm very pleased with my results. I was immediately talked into getting about 60 units and thought I needed it at the time because it has been a year since my last treatment.
