I was a patient in 2023-2024 and although the PA was very nice, she did not ever want to express what she believed needed to be fixed. I later went to other med spas to receive the same feedback. I am 49 years old and know there are areas on my face that need help. I decided to give Allure another try and saw PA Tonna. She was amazing! I asked her what she thought needed help and how to achieve it. She pointed out areas of my face that I have always thought were the problem and knew exactly how to fix them. She took a relaxed approach, as I requested, and is going to readdress those areas in 2 weeks so I don't appear over filled. It has been 2 days since I was there and can see improvement in the areas she mentioned and am certain that if they need to be addressed further that she will do that on our next visit. I know practitioners are careful about pointing out flaws to spare feelings, but when you ask for their feedback the honesty is definitely appreciated. So I have returned to this location and I had another wonderful experience. I did decide to add a picture this time of the Novacaine, which is of course optional. It's definitely something I like to opt in for and it is no additional charge. As you can see, I posted what my lips look like before, right after, after and then after the lip filler had settled. This is my second syringe and as you can see, I had no bruising which in my opinion reflects on how experienced the injector is (I don't bruise easily). I just think that everyone who works here really takes the time not only to answer any questions but make sure you understand and feel comfortable. I have also received Botox the previous time I went and I have seen a significant difference. Honestly, I love this place and am baffled by some the negative reviews. Two appointments, two 60-minute wait times. There are plenty of staff members visible, but only one person actually working in the back. To make matters worse, their communication is terrible. I went in for forehead wrinkles and was told two weeks later that they don't even treat that area on the first visit--something they failed to mention when I first walked in. I scheduled an appointment for 4 PM. I called earlier that day to see if I could come a half hour early, and if not I need to reschedule. They said yes. I sat in the room for 30 minutes. There wasn't a single other customer in the office. The injector who previously did treatment for me was sitting in the same spot and chatting with other employees. As I walked out of the injection room and office, no one said a single word to me. I've been to several injectors, and this is the worst I've ever had. Not to mention that my first time in this office, they were the most painful injections I'd ever had, which is typically a signal for their lack of skill and poor equipment. Horrible! I went to the Mt. Pleasant location for lip filler and Botox. They gave me Xeomin without telling me. My lips are uneven and cover my teeth when I smile, which has ruined photos in several family outings this summer. I was told the Botox would wear off. 4 months later my smile is still a mess. I will never go back and do not recommend. read more

I went for an advertisement for $8 a unit Botox- they tried to upsell me a $2500 filler package. Then, I paid $400 (twice what I had been paying at Botox for $10/unit for my whole face) and that was for only my crows feet and 11's (between eyebrows)!! I was told to come back in 2 weeks to get my forehead- needless to say, I did not. I feel I was ripped off and was very upset. I barely have crows feet and noticed no difference at my eyes. They told me they used more so it would last longer- my 11s are showing again so it did not. read more

Scam-- I fell for the $8 Botox. It should have been a huge red flag when the provider came in with prefilled syringes and did not draw up from the stock bottle in the room. 60 units later, I still had crows feet and my accordion forehead. Usually I see a nurse practitioner that injects 35 units and I end up with great results (I couldn't get in with her and thought this alternative would be okay). Absolutely amazing experience and awesome staff!!! I got botox between my eyebrows and within 2-3 days I saw the results. My wrinkle is gone and my forehead has never looked so smooth. I also got lip filler and was pretty nervous because this is the first time I have gotten anything done to my face. I told them I just want a little plumpness but nothing very noticeable and that's exactly how they look. Within the first day the swelling went down and they just looked like I had a lip plumper gloss on. It's only been 5 days since I had it done but they still look perfect and it looks natural that no one has even noticed. The staff made it a very comfortable environment and were very transparent. DO NOT GET LIP FILLER HERE!!! I am a college student who saved up all summer for lip filler and paid $400 for the first fill. I saw no difference and they said it was a lip building process and so I went two more times and ended up paying $900 and minimal difference. A month and a half later my lips have shrunk significantly so I went in for a consult and she told me sometimes if you talk a lot your lips will shrink and they couldnt give me any money back. $900 for not much of a difference AND they shrunk after a month. This has happened to me and multiple other people. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FILLER TRUST. The lady was rude and dismissed me when I came in and expressed my concern and tried to talk me into getting more and said "well maybe try another one and see if it changes the results." I'm so disappointed! I never get botox or fillers but after a long two yr battle with a brain tumor I had lost a lot of facial volume. I was offered a package for 2,400$ that promised small touch ups for 6 months if needed. I was moving to Greenville and was told it was transferred so I made an appointment for a small touch up and they said they do not have this sort of package 2,400$ and I and wanted me to pay another 480$. I've seen absolutely no results with the Botox I received a week ago. After reading other reviews, I feel like they scammed me. Syringes come pre filled, so it's most likely watered down. $450 down the drain. There is no difference in my forehead lines at all. It should have been a red flag when they scheduled a 2 week follow-up appointment to 'fix' any issues and insert Botox into my forehead after giving me their 'face lift special'. Saying it works better in that area. I should have known better, but I am new to all of it, and my friends say I was scammed, and that isn't how it works. If I could get a refund, I would.
