I called and they were about to close but the owner allowed me to come in the next morning an hour prior to them opening, which was amazing. Upon arrival, the place was spacious and very clean. My tech was cleaning the pedicure chair I was going to be using. His name was Si. He wore gloves and masks the whole time. I was able to get my pedi and gel mani in the same chair, thus not having to move around while the place got busier. Si was pleasant, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. He took his time and did not rush the process even though the place was getting busier. I am extremely happy with the service. For services they have a menu and you can choose your experience. So, the price level is up to what you want. I would go back to Si at this location and this review reflects only his service and what I saw as far as cleanliness and space of the place. Extra thank you to the owner for being accommodating.

I used to recommend this business but will be finding a new nail salon. I got a regular mani-pedi. I had to ask that a toenail be fixed because there was polish left on the skin. Communication was difficult as the lady didn't appear to speak English well. She touched up the nail by painting the tip and the skin across the top and then tried to clean up the excess. It looked horrible. There are other nails that aren't covered completely and other places where I had to clean up polish when I got home. A manicure usually lasts me about a week, but I already have spots and chips after a day and a half. She just slapped the topcoat on. I also didn't appreciate them stacking up furniture and mopping the floor 30 minutes before closing time.

I immediately pull up Vennesse Spa to bookmark on Yelp, and literally almost choke and die on the hardest gasp I've ever gasped! Honest thoughts: Holy Crap! A 1.5 rating (at the time)??? OH NO -- they must be giving people nail funguses and burying them in the back! That's NOT the place for me! (I literally said this to the girl who recommended it, and she (a stranger) said, "Trust me and ask for Vivian!" Well, in the spirit of "fool me once..." I called ahead and set up an appointment with Vivian, who just-so happened to answer the phone, and prayed for the best! I walked in bracing myself and left skipping with glee! Vivian was a sweetheart from start to finish, she took great care of me, offered me a drink, she's quiet and focused while she works (I like that), slayed my nails (I love her paint and file job), and helped me sign up for Perka Points (their loyalty app to earn points for $ off of a future visit)! Thankfully, my first visit to Vennesse was a WIN! Onto visit #2: I've been traveling, so a lot of time has passed since my first visit to Vennesse. I called back for Vivian and was told that she's on vacation until next week. (God why?) At this point, my nails are horrendous and I can't wait another day. Although I did remember the 1.5 Yelp rating that totally freaked me out before my first visit, I trusted God to have my back (he always does) and asked the "nice girl" (Kathy) who answered the phone to book me. She's very focused and quiet while working (similar to Vivian but almost OCD and I love it)! This point is important to mention as during both visits, I noticed that the staff here is quite chatty amongst themselves. This doesn't bother me at all, but I do prefer that MY service renderer not be distracted while wielding the drill. Kathy (like Vivian) was definitely locked in, but also had the perfect balance of conversation and local food suggestions to throw out-- got a few new bookmarks off of her today! Well yet again, Vennesse didn't fail me. I'm reporting back to say that it wasn't a fluke-- I'm 2 for 2 and I like it!

I love their organization of colors, they are grouped by color vs just being thrown all together. They also have special books for the SNS that matches Gel for the full mani/pedi experience. There was a little bit of a wait when I stopped in on Saturday morning, but I didn't mind. You can call ahead and make an appointment (can't do that at my usual place either) if you are wanting to get in and out. The girl that was working with me today was fast but paid close attention to making sure she filed my nails to match each other with length and shape which I can really appreciate. So, I read several fellow yelper reviews and found one that great reviews and thought I'd give it a whirl. My feet were in need of some TLC. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly. Anh was my tech and I order a deluxe pedicure and simple mani to pamper myself. The spa was super clean, bright, and had plenty of pedi chairs. My feet feel and look so much better! My manicure is cute and I will definitely go back and bring a friend!
