I came in here with really dark hair ! (A little back story…read more) I've gone to places and they told me hey we can't make your hair light your going to have to come here a few times. I told them no I want it lighten as much as possible and they put it to a dark brown ... I was mad but i understood ... because I didn't want to go brown I could have done this my self at home ... BUT NOW I was recommended by a family member to come here and she lighten my hair to blonde !!! With highlights got a trim and washed my hair got and she was able to blow dry and flat iron her assistant is great ! Great conversation too ! I was very please with this place ... This happened in November and its February going into March ! I'm going for another retouch soon ! (Also my hair was very short and damaged now my hair is healthy and growing !)

Patty is hands down one of the best stylists/colorists I have had the pleasure of working with. I've always been super picky about who I let manage my tresses and she completely understands my wants and needs, and more importantly gets it right the first time. Her new space located within the Blue Lion suites is fantastic. It's set up efficiently and comfortably, but most importantly the complete focus is on me the whole time. Her understanding and honesty when it comes to color is amazing and so appreciated. I love how she gives me the honest low down of what I can expect as the final product based on my texture, length, and current color and will not try to upsell me just for the sake of it. My hair has honestly never been this healthy before and I have to give her major credit for that. And the cuts -- oh my goodness! -- amazing! She has skills that will put Mr. Edward Scissorhands to shame any day. Always perfect and stylish -- what more can you ask for? My daughter found Patty 2-3 yrs ago and her beautiful hair is super healthy. At the beginning, Darlene felt that Meg did not understand. She should have stopped there! But meg insisted she new what she wanted. Fast forward 2 hours, Darlene was presented her new cut and color. It was NOT what was discussed or agreed too. Now, my aunt is old school and refused to pay. The police where called. My aunt stayed in the parking lot to wait for police. Once police arrived the matter was settled and my aunt paid the bill. Now, for the dirty details. First, when my aunt paid, Meg, inflated the prices originally quoted. She took it upon herself to put a tip into the price. A very nice tip, mind you for a cut and color she knew the customer was not happy with! Now for the cut, it is a hot mess! I have pictures attached for how messed up the cut is! One side is clearly completely off in angle and no symmetry what so ever!!! Also, the length is way more than what was discussed. Meg cut a good 3 inches off. Now for The color, I personally like the color job she did. However, it is not the depth of color my aunt wanted. She wanted visible color variation of platinum blond and browns. As you can see in the pic it is not a dramatic color variation at all. All in all, Meg did not listen to her client! She was combative and defensive! She obviously has had issues with clients before. I would not recommend this stylist or salon. They have no respect for there clients well being. They have no respect for the profession they chose. Don't be a stylist if you can't deal with the clients!

As you can see from my previous review, my hair was amazing once Bobo did her magic and I ruined it. I knew I could not trust just anyone to bring back to blonder me. I made the call and was honest about the box dye. Bobo was also very honest and let me know that she would do the best she could but mostly importantly she wanted to make sure my hair would not be damaged. She truly cares about your hair and wants to make sure you still get as close to what you want. I'll be honest I was scared the box dye would come out during the bleaching process and make it impossible to look nice. However Bobo knows exactly what to do and worked her magic. Look how amazing it looks so cute full of dimension and full of colors. I mean it, give Bobo a chance to show you what she can do. I could never, ever go to anyone else. Ever.
