So, I made an appointment for July. Couple weeks ago, I got "Time to Check IN" Checked in online a week before. NO ISSUES They wanted deductible but I decided to pay the day of the appoint. I drive 15 miles. Walk up to the window to check in and the woman says, "still with United?" When I said yes, she said let me check. She then said, we're going to have to reschedule. WHAT? You don't have a referral. I said I had a referral last year. She said, you need another one. We discussed and the conversation ended when she said, "It's the patience responsibility" This is outrageous, as they asked for the follow up and reminded me to make an appointment. Then when I checked in (and they asked if my insurance was United) there was NEVER anything about needing another referral. It was the way the woman said, IT'S YOUR FAULT. That really got me. They owe me an apology but I don't expect I'll ever get one.

Shelves are filled with fun and functional products and gift certificates available for sale at the front desk so friends and family can come to love this place too. On this visit I had a custom facial with Susan. She always makes my skin feel 1000% better than it was before. I'm typically very dry and left hydrated and with much needed waxed eyebrows. You can just feel her years of experience. I also had a great massage. I remember being woke up at the end, so clearly it knocked me out! It's a bit of a drive to get here with where I live now but it is worth it (and my friends agree). We all do so much and need some "me time." I went to one appointment late (10 mins late), that was due to my tight work schedule they denied and I was sent back. I got rescheduled and I apologised to the aesthetician. I had laser hair removal scheduled in December first week and they had rescheduled for about one and half months later which was 31 January 2025 and I accepted, however today ( 31 Jan 25) I wasn't able to go since I wasn't well. I had two more scheduled appointments for February too. Below was their DM to me "(My name)....We are sorry to inform you that due to multiple missed and canceled appointments we will be unable to schedule you for any additional future appointments." I could've agreed for "deposit" on subsequent appointments and not denial for future appointments. This shows that they won't show any regard for clients who have paid them for services, and they don't realise that everyone has personal exigencies. I don't regret missing the appointment at all, and that was impolite of them. Because of the possibility of rudeness, I would not suggest this service.
