It's quite large, very clean, and staffed by lovely people. I was very lucky last Friday to get an appointment the same day and very lucky Jacob was available, he came highly recommended. Very personable and extremely talented, he knew just what I wanted for my new style. The shampoo station is in its own room, darkened and cool, with soft meditation music playing. Jacob has extremely talented hands, and I received the best shampoo and scalp massage of my life. Jacob was efficient in my cut and did a marvelous job. It was exactly what I wanted, but better. (I waited a week before writing this review because I wanted to live with the hairstyle first.) Simple and easy to care for, just as I asked. The salon had customers from high school age up to very geriatric and all in between, so they have someone/something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The first go around they were filed so badly they had to soak them off and start over. She argued with me for 5 min before finally passing me off to someone else. I ended up filing them at home because the 2nd lady was ignoring my pic and comments about filing them too angled too. Squoval is not coffin and it is not stiletto. The first and last time I'll go there. I should have followed my gut and walked out after soaking the first set off and saved my money.

She left the left over acrylic under my nails and I had to have her get it out. She applied only one coat of polish and threw on a topcoat after. The colors had streaks due to rushing and only one coat. I had to explain why they looked that way and how to fix it, but I don't think she truly understood. She tried to her best ability to fix things but I was just not happy with the look over all and service throughout the whole time. They came out decent with a few flaws but I won't be returning.

She used cuticle cutters to cut and still kept square. I told her to give me the file. The owner or whoever she is came over and asked if I needed her. I told her I needed someone else to do my nails. She had cut my toenail away on the side. That is all she literally done to the nails. The tech beside me finished the job and another one was doing my manicure. The colors weren't the same, so then the manicurist had to redo the toenails. Fingernails had missed sides and uneven polishing. This place is a joke. They are unprofessional, way overpriced and do terribly sloppy work. I'll never darken their door again.
