This was my first time at a chiropractor in my 33 years of life. I just have to give a shout out to our favorite chiropractor Tarjoman Chiropractic, Danielle Aimee Tarjoman and Dr. T (mike). My husband and I have been seeing them for years but they recently added to their office this incredible red light therapy. Not going to lie, I was super nervous before my appointment. Dr. T was recommended to me by my parents and I was expecting him to just crack my back and neck, recommend I come once a week, and send me on my way. Just like the other chiropractor I've seen. But that was so far from the reality with Dr. T. Dr. T took the time to learn a little about my history and my lifestyle, he gave me some suggestions and assessed what what going on with my body before beginning to break down and stretch out my muscles. During my appointment he was very considerate and always made sure I was okay and comfortable. His office is very nice and peaceful and the setting is gorgeous. After my appointment, Dr. T told me everything he noticed with my body and gave me plenty of different stretches and exercises to do to help me in the future. He never once prescribed that I see him every so often or insisted that I needed treatment however many times per week or month or whatever. He gave me all the tools I need to maintain good posture and looseness in my back and neck, and suggested I come back if I feel like my body is tight again. Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Tarjoman Chiropractic. After 10+ years of suffering from chronic full body pain and inflammation, migraines, sleeping issues, taking up to 6 Motrin a day for pain, energy drinks to get through my day, then melatonin to fall asleep at night, 30+ images(xray, MRI), full complete blood work(EVERYTHING) and my primary Dr. telling me every time "your tests are normal", I decided to try alternate methods. If you're the type of person that has tried countless diets and is looking for something that actually works, THIS IS IT! I lost around 23 pounds in around 8-10 weeks, and am still going with phase 4 of this diet. Honestly, this diet is hard at the beginning and requires a lot of willpower, but once you get the hang of it, its a breeze. You pretty much get breakfast, lunch and a snack, and you have to make your own dinner (following guidelines of course). Since most of the food is already provided to you it saves you A LOT of time in your day, and theyve got a huge variety of food you can eat/make. Weekly weigh ins are also very helpful, just to keep you on track with how well youre doing and/or if you need to adjust your eating habits. Dr.Tarjoman is very honest with you when it comes to the start of the diet, but (in my experience) he guides you in every way and also keeps your willpower strong! This could be seen as a positive or negative side to the diet, you are not allowed to exercise while you are losing the weight. However you can go for lighter methods of exercising such as yoga. This diet isnt just a short term quick fix to your weight problems, they actually teach you how to maintain your weight even after youve reached your goal. WHY CHANGE I was tired of feeling tired and feeling bad about how I looked and felt. I hated clothes that no longer fit and didn't enjoy shopping for clothes or taking pictures. Simply the BEST! I have been to numerous chiropractors in the last 10 years, but this is the only place I can go to for an accurate adjustment. My first adjustment was in 2006, and stayed with him ever since then. There were times where I was in pretty bad shape...I would call to get an appointment,..then basically limp to tajormans center. Half an hour with him and I would be good as new! The doctor is very thorough in explaining what is happening to your body and what he is doing to fix it. Initially walking into his office you are greeted by his 2 of the cutest dogs...a long haired dauschund and a pug ( Although I believe they keep them both at home now since there are bobcats around the lake ). Then his lovely assistant ( and wife ) puts me on a roller bed for 15 mins until the doctor is ready . The doctor greets me and talks to me about my back problems and what not ...then sits me in a chair facing this gorgeous lake. He then proceeds to adjust my neck, then puts me on the bed. To loosen up my muscles he uses this very unique massager. It works really well, although it can get pretty intense at times. He then adjusts my entire spine and with in 30 mins, I feel like I have a brand new body!! Although you may feel like a truck hit you the next day..its well worth it! Checking in on yelp also gives you $5 off! Overall this is the best chiropractor I have been to...Theres no wonder that everyone that has been to him has given him a 5 star rating!
