I reached out on the same day I needed a car from a business trip to the airport and without hesitation Will instantly set up the order and assured me the car would be on on time. Will picked me up himself, the car was clean, the 1 1/2 hour ride was AWESOME and I felt pampered. Will was up for the drive and provided us with an excellent experience. His vehicles are clean, comfortable and well maintained. I am a person who gets car sick easily and found his driving to be excellent and safe at all times. We've used him for an airport pickup as well and he was on time, assisted with luggage, and communicated perfectly before and on the day of pickup. When our flight was cancelled he accommodated a last minute change without any issues at all which really ease the stress of an anxiety provoking situation. This service is a bait and switch scam. You get a point-to-point quote online (mine was $95 for my…read moretrip and returns, local travel to and from our wedding) but the confirmation you get is for an outrageously different price (Mine ended up being $130 EACH). This is false advertising and a bait and switch. I talked to a representative on the phone, and they are well aware that their online system gives quotes that are way under priced, which just made me even more frustrated that it's a known issue that they are ignoring.
