Lisa is definitely reliable. She was actually 30 mins early, let us know she was in the driveway and no rush and no problem since we have an evening flight and were more than ready. Very friendly, nice and a clean van. I have to admit it wasn't the most comfortable ride but Lisa explained the extra suspension for caring 6 passengers with luggage. First time user. Highly recommend and will use again. My son's driver, Bob, was super helpful this morning. My son's iphone was not working properly, so once he left the wifi in the airport, neither Bob or I could reach him to ascertain his location. Bob was extremely patient in helping to locate my son at the terminal and got him safely back to campus in Ann Arbor. We ordered a cab pick up (and confirmed) several days in advance. When the car did not arrive (at 4:45 am), we called and were told- first that there was no reservation, then they called back (part of Bills Taxi service) saying yes we did have a reservation, but the driver was lost. We were freaking, could not wait, threw our bags in our car and drove like maniacs to airport. We had large number of bags, heading to Hawaii for 10 days. We ended up having to park in expensive lot, because we were going to miss plane, so no time to park remote. Ended up spending $250.00 to park. On contacting Lisa when we came back, she apologized, saying driver had hit a deer, and offered us $150.00 in compensation to offset the parking. So, we either did not have a reservation, or the driver was lost, or the driver hit a deer. What was the real story? Anyway, we waited 10 days, no check came, and we called back. Got a sketchy excuse that it was mailed, but must have got lost in mail, but they would reissue another. We waited 10 more days, no check. We called back AGAIN to be told they would send it right away. That was a month ago. There is something weird going on with this company, and we will never use them again. We travel a HUGE amount, wanted to try out Bills Service (now Lisa's). What a mistake. UNRELIABLE all the way around. read more

OK, here is the scenario: traveling to Ann Arbor..never been, don't know anyone there, not a clue where I am. Decided to book a car service for the comfort and convenience of not using cabs or Uber. After reading the review, I chose Lisa's because of one world ...reliable. I made my booking 8 months in advance, and sure enough, 1 day before my flight they called, confirmed and set up my meeting. I called after getting off my flight and I stepped outside the terminal, and 10 seconds later...there she was. Right on time. Lisa was a wonderful traveling companion. She's a local and a treasure trove of information. Got me to my hotel in no time, and even arranged to pick up my friend at DTW at the last minute. Now here is the clincher...my friend needed I ride back to the airport the day we departed. I had already booked my trip..so I asked "how much would you charge us to bring him as well"? "Nothing", she relpied. Since we were going anyway, she didn't even upcharge me...now this is on 11/26, the busiest travel day of the year!! She even took him to the car rental counter after dropping me off.!! Lisa's if the best! If you need friendly, comfortable, relaible transportation...give her a call..you won't regret it! After having an unbelievably unprofessional, unpleasant and exhausting experience with another airport shuttle company in Ann Arbor, I could not believe the absolutely amazing experience I had with Lisa's Sedan Service. LISA WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND ORGANIZED. IF, I COULD GIVE HER TEN STARS I WOULD! The fee was the same as the other company and, in fairness, she would have had every right to charge an additional fee, since she knew it would be virtually impossible to get another car service for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving on such short notice. We have been using Lisa's Sedan Service and before then Bill's. They drive my son from Ann Arbor to and from the airport at least 4-5 times a year. Consistently punctual and good service. In December they went above and beyond. My son overslept his pick up and had an international flight out to meet our family for the holidays. They knocked. They called. They waited. They had to leave. He finally got up and called them desperate. They came back. He ended up making his flight but they kept his suitcase for him. We used Lisa's service for international travel through DTW. The drop off was excellent, with the driver being early and friendly. The pickup also was OK except that we got charged an extra $5 dollars for "the wait". The wait referred to us going through customs, which took about an hour after the flight landed, which, in my travels is a fairly typical amount of time. I enjoyed the service but was taken back when charged extra fees, that I probably would have easily included in my tip. read more
